Heritage Times Volunteers at 2017 European Heritage Congress in Turku

Jacopo Ibello (Italy) and Katarina Brkljačić Netopil (Croatia), two young social media volunteers from Heritage Times, a joint initiative of Europa Nostra and European Heritage Volunteers, were invited by Europa Nostra to cover the European Heritage Congress in Turku, Finland.

They covered the presentations by the winners of the European Union Prize for Cultural Heritage / Europa Nostra Awards 2017 live on Twitter and Facebook during the Excellence Fair on 14 May at Sigyn Hall and the European Heritage Awards Ceremony on 15 May at St. Michael’s Church.

Following their special access to the Congress, Jacopo and Katarina will be publishing stories and photos on the winners of the EU Prize for Cultural Heritage / Europa Nostra Awards 2017.
